Child & Family Mental Health Therapist (Bilingual)
Forty Carrots Family Center is looking to hire a bilingual Child & Family Mental Health Therapist to join our team of clinicians. This therapist will provide individual, group, and family mental health therapy services to children, families, and parents in both English and Spanish. Services are centered on evidence-based practice models and a relationship-based approach that supports the strengthening of parent-child relationships and healthy child outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a masters’ degree or higher in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or counseling, and must be either fully licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT or licensed as a Registered Intern in Clinical Social Work or Mental Health Counseling. Only candidates who are clinically proficient in both English and Spanish will be considered for the position. The anticipated hiring range is $58,000 – $70,000/year based on experience and licensure status. A valid Driver License is required. The position is full-time. Grants Administrator
Forty Carrots Family Center seeks a highly motivated, detail oriented, and organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills to administer the full range of activities required to prepare, submit, and manage grant proposals for the organization. The Grants Administrator is expected to uphold a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic and must have the ability to exercise discretion with sensitive and confidential information. The Grants Administrator will maintain and grow the organization’s grant portfolio, a vital source of revenue that supports our mission-driven work. A bachelor’s degree and minimum of two years’ relevant nonprofit experience are required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid knowledge of nonprofit fundraising practices and standards and must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. The position also requires effective attention to detail and proficient computer skills related to the job. The anticipated hiring range is $58,000 – $72,000 plus competitive insurance benefits, retirement match, and paid time off.
